We learned that it is not wise to let corks soak in water for a few days since they tend to expand too much and not fit the bottle opening any more!

We tried a launch with our new launcher. We pressurized a 500ml bottle successfully to 3 bar; at 4 bar it started to leak a very little. However, the new launching mechanism turned out to be not so ideal: only half of the bottle came loose, and the other half stayed firmly connected to the launcher. So no launch for today ...
