Though I'm active in the Department of Mathematics: Analysis, Logic and Discrete Mathematics, my research is mainly focused on the latter. More specific, I love to plunge into the world of finite geometry and coding theory, and investigate the area where these two domains meet. Occasionally, I like to do some computational work as well.

I'm a member of the research group Incidence Geometry @ Ghent University.

My Erdős number equals \(3\), and my half-birthday is \(\boldsymbol{\pi}\)-day!

As you can see below, I mainly spend my research life in the capital of Mathematistan. I do not intend on discovering the whole mathematical world, though I tend to linger in the nearby fields and wander through the swamps of Algebraic Geometry.
